Our Story

Rooted in Compassion, Driven by Action

Help Nepal Himalayan Foundation (HNHF) was established in 2082 BS (2025/26 AD) in response to the urgent needs of vulnerable communities living in the geographically challenging regions of Okhaldhunga district. Founded by a group of dedicated individuals who witnessed firsthand the struggles faced by orphaned children, differently-abled individuals, and impoverished families, HNHF was born out of a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves access to education, healthcare, shelter, and opportunity.

Based in Molung Rural Municipality, Ward-6, we work directly with local communities to design programs that create lasting, sustainable change. Our approach is rooted in dignity, respect, and partnership—we don't just provide aid; we empower people to build better futures for themselves and their families.

Since our inception, we have supported hundreds of children, families, and individuals through education scholarships, healthcare camps, disaster relief efforts, and livelihood training programs. Every initiative we launch is informed by the voices and needs of the communities we serve.

Children's Education & Care

We provide comprehensive support for orphaned, poor, and differently-abled children, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to grow, learn, and thrive.

  • Full education sponsorship including tuition, books, uniforms, and school supplies
  • Healthcare services, regular medical check-ups, and medication support
  • Nutritious meals, safe boarding facilities, and recreational activities
  • Specialized support for children with disabilities including therapy and assistive devices

Support for Vulnerable Individuals

We extend a helping hand to chronically ill individuals, homeless people, and single women and men who have no family support network.

Agriculture & Livelihood Training

Disaster Relief & Emergency Response

When natural disasters strike, we mobilize quickly to provide emergency relief and support to affected communities in the Okhaldhunga region.
